Dr. Jonathan Ee
Lead Clinical Psychologist
Jonathan holds a PhD and a Master of Psychology, specialising in Clinical Psychology. He is a registered psychologist with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and Health and Care Professional Council in the UK. He has worked with individuals of all ages on different psychological problems that include relationship and work-related stressors, grief and loss. His expertise lies in providing individual psychotherapy with clients with mental health issues e.g depression and anxiety. Jonathan has experience in providing palliative care to individuals with life limiting illness, addressing management of symptoms, finding meaning and purpose in their life with undergoing treatment and exploring end-of-life issues with their families. He has conducted psycho-educational talks for communities and companies; these talks encompass a range of topic from mental wellness and stress management. He uses evidenced based approaches in his sessions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Jonathan is dedicated to clients' growth and healing, believing that seeking help is a courageous step toward a fulfilling life. Besides being a clinical psychologist, Jonathan is also a lecturer with James Cook University Singapore and several Institutes of Higher Learning.
